We want our residents to feel at home! Mayflower Gardens has floorplans starting from our cozy studio (452 sq. ft.) up to our 2 Bedroom Deluxe model (1356 sq. ft.). Each apartment has a kitchen with appliances provided, full bathroom(s), lots of closet space, blinds on most windows, access to the wide shared covered patio, and even room to garden in front of most apartments if you choose.
One year, 6 month, and month-to-month Residential Leases are available. Please call to confirm current rates and availability. There is an additional charge for a second person. Please note that floor plans may vary depending on location.
